Most clients begin with a free first call, move to a diagnostic or a business plan, and many continue on a monthly retainer. Fixed prices are shown where the scope is fixed. All prices exclude VAT.

First call

Free. Thirty minutes.

A conversation about where your business is stuck and what you want to change, with no obligation. If outside help would not be worthwhile, you will be told.

Arrange a call

Keystone Diagnostic

€2,950 fixed. About four days.

A structured review of the whole business across all six sides. You receive a written report and a prioritised 90-day action plan that names the keystone issue and what to do about it.

Business Plan and Funding Application

€1,950 fixed. About two and a half days.

An investor-ready or funder-ready business plan with projections, plus help preparing funding applications. Hexarch prepares the material with you. It does not apply on a client’s behalf.

Hexarch Advisory

€1,500 a month.

Two days a month of planning, problem-solving and accountability, with quarterly reviews of progress against the Hex model. For owners who want a steady adviser through a period of change.

Training and workshops

Priced by the day.

Practical sessions for owners and teams, delivered directly or through training networks and membership bodies.

Projects

Scoped before work begins.

Defined work on operations, sales and marketing, or digital and AI adoption. Where specialist implementation is needed, such as websites or systems, Hexarch scopes the work and oversees the independent partner delivering it.
