AI consulting
Practical AI for professional firms, with the risks managed.
Your staff are probably already using AI tools, with or without a policy. Hexarch helps owners decide where AI will genuinely save time in the business, which tools suit, and how to use them without putting client confidentiality or quality at risk.
Where firms get stuck
- There is plenty of hype but no clear view of which tasks in the firm are worth automating.
- Staff use free AI tools without guidance, and nobody has decided what client information may be entered.
- Pilots are started and abandoned because nobody owns the result or measures the time saved.
- Owners worry about accuracy, confidentiality and what clients and regulators will expect.
- Tools are bought before the underlying process is clear, so they add cost without saving time.
What we do
How Hexarch helps with AI
Where AI can help
Review the firm’s routine tasks, such as drafting, summarising, research, correspondence, scheduling and internal reporting, and rank them by likely time saved against effort and risk. You get a short list of opportunities worth pursuing, and a list of those to leave alone.
Tool selection and pilots
Compare suitable tools against your needs, then run one or two small pilots with a clear owner, a time limit and a measure of success. Hexarch is independent and does not resell software or take commission from tool vendors.
AI use policy and safeguards
Draft a plain-English policy covering which tools are approved, what client information may be entered, how output is checked before it is used, and when clients should be told. Your legal adviser or professional body should review the final version.
Team training and adoption
Run short, practical sessions for owners and staff using your own examples, with prompts and checklists the team can reuse. Then review after a few months to see what is actually being used and what has saved time.
What you get
A short written AI plan: the opportunities worth pursuing, the tools recommended, a pilot with owners and dates, and a draft use policy. Many engagements start with a Firm Review or a Firm Growth Plan, and the work can continue through the monthly Advisory retainer. Scope and fee are agreed before work begins.
Scope
Hexarch advises on business use of AI. It does not build or host custom software, and it gives no legal advice on data protection, the EU AI Act or professional-conduct rules; your firm remains responsible for compliance and should take its own legal advice where needed. Hexarch does not provide accounting, audit, tax or regulated financial advice. AI output can be wrong, so every plan includes human review of anything that reaches a client.
